University of Life

Unconditional giving is the most rewarding experience in my life.

We come into this life with nothing and leave with nothing, but what we leave behind can change life for future generations.

The university of Life has taught me many valuable lessons which unfortunately we seem to forget as we get into the rat race whilst growing up!

To create permanent change it must make life better for all.

  • all change starts with me. Waiting around for others to fix my problems is not accepting responsibility for my life – Be the change you want to see – lead by example!
  • I know not where my thoughts come from, just like I know not where my feelings come from – until I find a better understanding I accept they are a gift of creation, whatever that may be!
  • My thoughts are the seeds of my inspiration, and are judged by my feelings.
  • I actively try to learn to understand my feelings, and as I increasingly trust them my problems lessen.
  • I choose my actions and hence I am responsible for everything in my life. Logic and reason concludes I accept I cannot blame others for my problems – growing up!
  • It appears my problems arise when I have lost contact with my feelings by letting my ego get the better of me – greed!
  • When I feel something is wrong – awareness – I have choices of action which carry consequences;
    • … I can accept there is nothing I can do at this point in time – acceptance and let go, until
    • … I have the courage to change what I can – action by taking responsibility, by
    • … gaining the knowledge to be able to put it right.
    • … Doing nothing makes me a part of the problem creating self pity
